78% of e-Commerce professionals consider the support of digital industry insufficient
78% of Spanish e-Commerce experts consider that digital industry has not enough support from the administration, although 89% of them consider it a must for the country economy development.
However, 67% of professionals believe there is a strong national eCommerce industry, also proven by official numbers. During 2016, product and service transactions summed up to 24.185 milions of euros, 20.8% more than the previous year. In this context, eShow has launched a study «I Estudio Industra Digial: la Visión del Sector», within more than 1.900 professionals, to collect the major needs through the industry so they can be faced on the 8th Madrid Festival.
For the 95% of the industry professionals, the lack of the administration support is a risk for the national and european development. They believe investing on the digital ecosystem is key to maintain a competitive economy.
Schools and Colleges are key to enhancement. 93% from the ones polled think a better education on digital technologies is essential to improve competitivity and occupation.
